We have a standard 4 stage approach which we apply to every design project.
True Reflections employ Design Thinking and User Centered Design techniques at all stages of the design process. To fully understand a problem, it is important to gain insights surrounding a problem from real world users. With genuine insights into user related problems and opportunities, the ideal environment for innovation is created.
Based on the real world insights True Reflections design team collate, synthesise and make sense of all the identified insights. The team zone in on problems and opportunities for innovation where the aspirations of the client and consumer are closely aligned. Rudimentary solutions are formulated at this stage and no idea is dismissed or ridiculed.
Through basic prototyping, discussion with client and consumer True Reflections are able to gain rapid feedback on ideas. This gives the team direction to develop or discard certain concepts before too much time or money is invested in development.
After True Reflections' design team have created many solutions to the design problem, it is time to judge the ideas for their technological feasibility and business viability. The implement phase will quickly identify which solutions will be rolled out to pilot schemes and market testing.
